Allstar and other Updates....MERRY CHRISTMAS

Well, we put the Allstar hub back to 5 digits; no more 6 digit NNX codes for now. Had to do some testing and the testing is done. Don't see the need for more nodes for now but one never knows! VPN is working for the repeater site so incoming and ougoing connections "should" work, but I try to get everything in and out of the hub.

I think I'm done playing for now, although I may do some WIRES/Yaesu stuff here in the future. Yeaaahhh....
