Flippin Repeater NA0D-R4

The amateur radio repeater is NA0D-R4, located in Flippin, AR. It is designed to cover portions of Marion County, and is currently on the air, low level testing until I can get my tower up.  The repeater.... "The Flippin Frankenpeeter",  is a brought from the dead, cobbled together goodie box that actually sounds good....it's actually a Kenwood TK-860 for a transmit radio, a Kenwood TK-880 for the receiver radio and all connected to a Raspberry Pi for Allstarlink.  The antenna is a DB420 and will eventually be up about 60' on a backyard tower maybe over the winter or spring. Anyone got a tower? :)

It is connected full-time to the Allstarlink Network using Hamvoip Software via a Raspberry Pi, as well as Skywarn Plus weather alerting system once installed.

Can be used for statewide and local ARES/RACES/SKYWARN/AUXCOMM traffic, general amateur conversation, as well as linked to other areas as needed via Asterisk.

Asterisk Node 472354 is the repeater and is connected to Hub 472350. To connect, use 472350.

There is also Echolink capability in the Hub, Echolink Node 196181 NA0D-R. Echolink will always be available at the Hub even if the repeaters aren't connected to it.  It is open to all licensed hams at all times.
